Rusty Frith and I will be playing at El Palacio (1396 HWY 231, Ozark, AL) on February 11 (my birthday!!!) from 5:30- 8:30. We had a lot of fun when we played there back in December so we are really looking forward to it. One really cool thing is, if you eat there the day of the 11th (between 11am and 9pm), you can bring in this flyer and 10% will go Northside Methodist Academy’s music department! So, even if you can’t make it out for our show, hit them up for lunch.

Wow! It’s hard to believe it’s already about to be February! So far, it’s been a good year. Earlier this month, I accepted a position on the production/music team at Wiregrass Church.

December was just as crazy as November and filled with jazz, classical, rock, and country gigs. I had a great time and ended with a duo performance on Christmas Eve. What a year and what a way to end 2011.

As for 2012, January always lends itself nicely to kicking back a little. Everybody is just trying to get back to normal and I’m always one of them. I’ve had a few gigs this month but nothing major.

The first public gig of the year will be at El Palacio in Ozark. Rusty Frith and I will be playing from 5:30 to 8:30.

It’s great to be making music for a living and I’m blessed to start another year doing it. I hope you all are having a great year so far and hope to see you out at some shows.

Finished a new instrumental piece tonight… You can get it right here for FREE!!!
